How do I reserve a rental?
Browse our rentals, add to cart, and click Rent Now. You'll schedule delivery or pickup via our Acuity booking link during checkout.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver throughout the Kansas City metro. Out-of-area delivery may incur a fee — call us to confirm.
How long is a rental?
Inflatables up to 6 hours. Mechanicals and rock walls up to 4 hours. Overnight is $25 extra. Multi-day rentals 50% off per added day.
Are your inflatables safe and clean?
Absolutely. Every unit is sanitized and inspected before each event.
What if it rains?
Inflatables can't run in winds over 15 mph or thunderstorms. If weather is unsafe, we issue a rain check.
Can I pick up my rental?
Yes — choose pickup at checkout and select a time via our scheduling tool.
Are you insured?
Of course! We carry a 1mil/2mil aggregate. Most parks and recreation departments have a current certificate on file. If they don't, simply request one and we will take care of it! Only business, school and Not-For-Profit entities can be listed as additional insured. For an additional insured certificate, Peak Party Rentals needs client information 3 weeks in advance (some fees may apply).
What are your prices?
Many of our rates are shown on the website. Rates for moonwalks (bouncers) and combos are listed once you click on the image. Rates for food machines and accessories are also listed. When a rate is not listed, it usually means special pricing may be available for this item — or a discounted rate can be made possible with a package or for an event with a shorter timeframe. A delivery fee may apply for deliveries beyond 15 miles from our warehouse. There is an additional fee if overnight is requested.
Do you offer package rates on multiple items and multiple reservations?
Yes! There are a number of on-going specials, and we can also provide a discounted rate on packages when multiple items are reserved. Savings can be up to 30% off the normal rental rate! See our Specials page for prices or call us to get a quote on your package. References available!
Do you offer customer pickups on any of your bounce houses or other items?
Yes! We do allow customers to pick up select items from our warehouse area. We offer two options: for a discounted rate, units must be returned no later than 8 PM. If an item cannot be returned until after 8 PM, the full rate is charged. There is a fee if items are not returned the same day.
Things you should know about transporting a rental.
A truck works best for any inflatable. Inflatables are heavy — you must be able to easily manage the weight of the unit. If you are not driving and dropping the unit at the place it will be set up, you must have a two-wheeler or cart of some sort to transport it.
Do you regularly maintain, clean, and disinfect your inflatables?
Yes, we do. We maintain our inflatables every time they are used, either at the location or prior to the event. We inspect for cleanliness and wear and tear. Keep in mind, in the Fall leaves are always going to be "falling."
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. If you are paying with a credit card, please contact Peak Party Rentals in advance of your party (drivers do not have processing machines). Checks are accepted with valid driver's license information. If you need to make other arrangements for payment (i.e. PO), please let us know at the time of the rental reservation.
When is my payment due?
A deposit is required at the time of your reservation. The remaining balance is due at the time of setup. Cancellations can result in a 3% fee for credit and debit card reservations.
I want to make a reservation — what's next?
Once you know which items you would like to reserve, please add the products or equipment to your cart to finalize your reservation. Weekends are our busiest days of the week, so plan ahead. Last-minute reservations are not a problem — we have plenty of items in our inventory to choose from. You can reserve an inflatable at any time. Some items are more popular than others, so planning ahead and making your reservations sooner rather than later is a good idea.
What is provided with the reservation?
We provide delivery, setup, and tear down. Operation instructions are provided at the time of delivery. Staff can be provided for an additional fee.
What are the operation rules to follow?
Only compatible age groups and sizes shall play on the Peak Party Rentals unit at the same time, up to the maximum number of riders for that unit. All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing. To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED. CHILDREN — SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU. Your personal supervision is absolutely required; as the lessee of the Peak Party Rentals unit, the safety of all riders is your responsibility. Absolutely no "silly string," gum, candy, food or other sticky substances are allowed in the unit. If such cleaning is required upon pickup, a $60.00 per hour cleaning fee will be automatically imposed. CAUTION: Keep the unit away from swimming pools.
